Waffa is a project management consultancy (PMC) working across Egypt and the Gulf. We diagnose programs before committing to a fix, recover the ones that have drifted, run the governance function as a service, and give a board independent evidence of where delivery actually stands.

The name
One name. Five commitments, already kept.
وفّى — to have fulfilled, in full. Not an intention to deliver, but a record of having delivered. Every engagement is measured against the same five promises, and closed only when each circle is complete.
Complete means evidenced. A deliverable is closed against its acceptance criteria, or it is still open.
A program is worth what it returns. We measure that from the first period, not at handover.
